Employment Opportunities
Dyer Parks & Recreation is always taking employment applications. Click here for an employment application. Applications can be submitted in person during regular business hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm at the Parks and Recreation office at Town Hall. Employment application forms are also available in person at the Parks and Recreation office during office hours.

Dyer Parks and Recreation has seasonal employment opportunities for a number of recreational activities each summer. Employment applications are reviewed throughout the year as program staffing needs are formed. Part time office clerks, recreation program leaders and recreation program coordinators are the three categories where staff is employed.


2018 Recreation Opportunities 
We are currently accepting applications for our Summer 2018 programs and events. Please fill out an online application, print it out and drop it off at the Dyer Parks & Recreation's office. We are open M - F  7:30 am- 4pm. Applications can also be picked up at the Parks Department window. Potential candidates must have reliable transportation, be prompt and have an outgoing personality. Volunteer Opportunities
Dyer Parks & Recreation is always looking for volunteers for various programs and events. Such programs & events include the Daddy Daughter Dance, Wii Bowling, Jr. Leader's,  Easter Egg Hunt, Office assistant, Spring Craft Fair, Bike Parade, and many others. This is a great opportunity for seniors who would like to help out in the community, adults who are available at various times and teens who need service hours. The Junior Leader application is available in the box to the left. The Junior Leader program is for youth in grades 6-12 who are looking to serve their community. Junior Leaders also gain experience in a work type environment helping out the staff who instruct the various recreational programs offered by Dyer Parks and Recreation.
